James (real name Erika Mitchell), a British author who’s famous for penning a guilty pleasure “Fifty Shades” reads, has snagged a five-bedroom, 5,616-square-foot pad in West Hollywood, Calif. For $7.25 million, according to Trulia.
The newly built home also fits 7 bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen with Miele appliances, a media room versed with a bar and fireplace, and a cold booze room for bottle storage. It’s a honeyed widespread for sure, though fans should know a skill doesn’t seem to have a Christian Grey-style “play room” for eccentric activity.
Additional facilities embody mill and hardwood floors, views of a Los Angeles skyline and Pacific Ocean, as good as a master bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and private outside space.
