Fifty Shades of Grey Is Getting a Marlon Wayans Parody

May 14, 2015 - Fifty Shades of Grey

Before Fifty Shades Darker arrives in 2017 to keep a Fifty Shades of Grey materialisation rolling, a doubtful authorization will face some bizarre competition: a satire from Marlon Wayans.

Currently being shopped during Cannes, Fifty Shades of Black, according to The Hollywood Reporter, will be accurately what we expect: a satire of a Feb hit, brought to we by a man who done Scary Movie and White Chicks. In a matter to a Reporter, Wayans gave a preview of a turn of jokes we can substantially expect: “I’m unequivocally happy to be doing what we adore with people we adore to do it with. That double entendre was intentional.”

Not that Fifty Shades of Grey can’t mount adult to a small parody—there’s even a musical parody that’s had mixed general productions. And Wayans family comedies, inconsistent as they might be, can also be really funny, in that “hope you’re prepared for a lot of scatological jokes” kind of way. And with that, we’ve already illusory a initial 10 or so jokes about what will go on in Wayans’s chronicle of a Red Room—and we need to rinse a smarts out with soap for moment.
