A former Jones County High School partner football manager has been indicted on allegations that he sent a 16-year-old tyro intimately pithy content messages final fall.
Thomas Jacob Norman, 29, of Thomaston, is charged with rapist try to dedicate a transgression and dual depends of electronically furnishing pornographic element to minors, according to a complaint returned Tuesday.
